We're currently recruiting for a Programmatic Executive to be based in Cairo as part of the expansion of our Programmatic team. 

Responsibilities

  1. Capabilities:
    a. Understand the programmatic ecosystem from both the demand and supply side.
    b. Understand the hierarchy of the most popular DSPs, such as DV360.
    c. Correctly suggest what formats are best to drive required client KPI.
  2. Teamwork:
    a. Manage and assist with the growth of interns through regular training sessions.
    b. Proactively liaise with the Senior Programmatic Management.
    c. Escalate issues to senior management in a timely manner.
  3. Activation:
    a. Programmatic campaign setups on different DSPs (DV360 being the most important).
    b. Strong optimization skills on different campaign types.
    c. Demonstrate an understanding of Brand Safety, Viewability and Ad Fraud.
    d. Strong reporting knowledge against different metrics/KPIs. Ability to add sensible commentary to reports and understand results/numbers.
    e. Strong Excel & PPT knowledge (Pivot tables, Excel automation).
  4. Clients:
    a. Attend client calls with the presence of a senior member and contribute by taking meeting minutes & asking questions.
    b. Professional, articulate email communication skills (meeting minutes, weekly reporting updates, EOCs).
    c. Participation and contribution in weekly performance calls.
    d. Quality assurance on assets received by the client.
  5. Processes:
    a. Understand the step-by-step processes for basic programmatic tasks such as setting up campaigns, building floodlights, ongoing reporting, optimisations and following the guidelines in place.
    b. Contribute to improving the process in place by giving feedback on different SLAs and tasks.
    c. Update daily pacing trackers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in planning, implementing, managing, and optimising both Performance and Brand programmatic campaigns in DSPs (DV360 & TheTradeDesk experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, and the ability to interpret & present data effectively in PowerPoint is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Proven ability to analyse account-wide performance and proactively recommend improvements.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with 3rd-party ad servers, ad verification, ad trafficking & Campaign Manager (CM360).
