We’re currently recruiting for a CRM Executive as part of the growth of our CRM team.
• Lead the development, execution, and optimization of retention, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing strategies across CRM platforms.
• Strategically manage and optimize promotional campaigns and automated journeys based on customer insights, content engagement, and best timing practices.
• Design experiments, analyze CRM data, track campaign KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to continuously improve client CRM performance.
• Collaborate closely with content teams (copywriters and designers) to produce high-quality briefs and creative assets tailored to different audiences.
• Champion a culture of experimentation through A/B testing initiatives, driving iterative campaign optimization.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to implement, upgrade, and maintain CRM capabilities and integrations.
• Conduct competitive analysis and provide clients with strategic recommendations to stay ahead in their industry.
• Manage client platforms, datasets, and creative assets responsibly, ensuring the highest levels of trust and compliance.
• Stay informed and ensure full compliance with data privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
• 2-3 years’ proven experience in CRM or marketing automation, leading retention and loyalty strategies.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to create and adapt CRM content in both languages.
• Strong familiarity with scripting languages such as Liquid or Jinja for dynamic content personalization.
• Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, MoEngage, Clevertap, Insider, or similar.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, journey orchestration, and marketing automation best practices.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize customer engagement strategies.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills to coordinate across marketing, product, engineering, and client teams.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for customizing email templates and landing pages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience working with complementary Martech tools such as CDPs (Segment, Tealium, mParticle), Loyalty Platforms (Gameball), Attribution/Deep Linking tools (Adjust, Branch), and Product Analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for CRM data interpretation and client reporting.
