Overview

We're hiring a Paid Search Officer to be based in Egypt for our client – one of MENA’s leading retail brands. They will manage Google Ads and YouTube campaigns, focusing on full-funnel strategies to drive both in-store and eCommerce performance. They’ll support daily campaign execution, optimization, and reporting, with a sharp focus on conversion, efficiency, and ROI.

Responsibilities

Campaign & Account Management

  • Set up and maintain Paid Search accounts for Non-Core brands as required, including billing and marketing tracking
  • Build and launch campaigns for Non-Core brands as per agreed media plans and within agreed budgets
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for Non-Core brands to achieve or exceed customer, marketing and commercial KPIs
  • Manage Paid Search advertising spend to agreed budget and assist with month-end accounting process

Reporting & Analysis

  • Build and share in-flight campaign reporting for Non-Core brands
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as required eg. creative asset performance
  • Help to create post campaign reviews to Non-Core brand stakeholders

People

  • Work closely with and support other members of the Paid Search team within and across divisional squads

Expertise

  • Maintain a good level of knowledge in your field of expertise and be aware of key industry innovations
  • Look for new opportunities and make suggestions as to how things can be improved

Qualifications

  • Relevant marketing degree or professional qualification
  • At least 1 years working in Paid Search advertising, directly managing accounts to achieve a variety of marketing and commercial objectives
  • Experience interpreting and leveraging a variety of KPIs, attribution metrics and models to understand and optimise account performance
  • Fashion, home furnishing and beauty experience
  • Experience of MENA markets
