We’re currently recruiting for an Affiliate Account Manager as part of the growth of our Affiliates team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition campaigns across mobile affiliate channels, ad networks, OEM partners, and media partners.
  • Define and implement mobile affiliate strategies focused on CPA/CPI/CPL/Hybrid models to meet client KPIs.
  • Monitor daily campaign health: budget pacing, targeting accuracy, performance metrics, and partner quality.
  • Own end-to-end reporting: from data extraction to analysis and insight generation.
  • Build dashboards (e.g., Looker, Data Studio, Tableau) to visualize trends, anomalies, and actionable patterns.
  • Translate raw data into performance insights to influence channel strategy and partner decisions.
  • Proactively monitor traffic quality using MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) and fraud detection tools.
  • Collaborate with internal analytics teams and external partners to detect, investigate, and eliminate fraud sources.
  • Ensure postback integrity, attribution logic, and real-time validation systems are operating correctly.
  • Build and nurture high-value relationships with mobile partners: affiliate networks, ad networks, OEM inventory providers, telcos, app discovery platforms, and more.
  • Continuously vet and onboard new partners with high-performance potential and clean traffic quality.
  • Identify untapped traffic sources, negotiate deal terms, and test new placements, formats, and geo
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with strategic insights, optimization actions, and growth recommendations.
  • Liaise closely with client teams to align expectations, share learnings, and evolve strategy based on data.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, media buying, creative, and product teams.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in mobile marketing, affiliate performance marketing, or user acquisition roles.
  • Solid hands-on experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) and affiliate tracking platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with deep proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Proven experience managing mobile ad networks, affiliate platforms, OEM partners, and direct publishers.
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile ad fraud types and mitigation practices.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and strategy clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
