We’re currently recruiting for a Social Media Manager as part of the growth of our Social team. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own organic social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and community growth.
  • Lead day-to-day management of all organic social channels — from planning and briefing to publishing and community moderation.
  • Manage, mentor, and support junior social team members and content creators.
  • Work closely with creative teams to guide content direction and ensure a consistent brand voice across platforms.
  • Create and maintain editorial calendars, ensuring timely delivery of organic content that aligns with broader campaign moments.
  • Develop and execute reactive and proactive community engagement plans to strengthen online communities and brand loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyse organic social performance, producing clear reports with actionable recommendations for growth.
  • Collaborate with insights and strategy teams to ensure learnings from organic social feed into overall brand strategies.
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, algorithm shifts, and organic best practices to evolve our approach continuously.
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients on all things organic social, presenting plans, results, and growth ideas confidently.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing organic social media for brands, with at least 2 years leading a small team.
  • A strong track record of growing engaged communities organically across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent at writing clear, engaging copy that adapts to each platform and audience.
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for visuals and storytelling.
  • Confident analysing organic metrics and turning them into insights and recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills — organised, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple brands/accounts.
  • Collaborative and confident working with internal teams and clients.
  • Passionate about staying ahead of trends in organic social, creator culture, and community building.
