We’re currently recruiting for a People Ops Executive as part of the expansion of our People team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical), including personal details, job titles, salary changes, and contracts.
  • Prepare and issue HR-related documents such as salary certificates & travel letters.
  • Oversee the documentation and tracking of leave requests, ensuring proper record-keeping for parental and sick leave.
  • Coordinate with the accountant’s office to manage new & renewal contracts for Egypt team
  • Assist with bank account creations for Egypt team
  • Assist with payroll follow-ups to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
  • Manage employee additions and removals from the company’s medical insurance policy.
  • Support with wider MENA admin work as and when needed

Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in a similar HR/People role
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AI tools
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
