We’re currently recruiting for an Affiliate Account Manager as part of the growth of our Affiliates team. This would be a full-time role and based out of our Dubai office. 

• Manage and drive profitable customer acquisition through affiliate partnerships on real estate, finance, insurance, automotive, BtoB sectors.
• Create and execute strategy for affiliate programs including recruitment and retention
• Affiliate onboarding
• Understands KPIs in other online channels 
• Develop and manage monthly affiliate budgets across all brands
• Monitor day-to-day affiliate activities, responding to publisher inquiries and drafting communications and newsletters for various campaigns
• Work closely with affiliates and develop campaign ideas
• Run and analyse reports, give insights and recommend improvements on affiliate activities and on the overall program
• Initiate new campaign ideas and placement/exclusive

• Seeks out/uses knowable information/resources to make sound decisions that represent "good judgment" and are in best interest of the Company  

• 3-4 years working directly on affiliate campaigns, either client, network or agency side
• Experience with analytics software such as Google Analytics
• Experience with Excel and Data Studio
• Discipline to work independently and meet established deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects and frequent reporting
• Attention to detail, accountability and pride in quality of work
• Knows how to collaborate with and influence both internal and external partners
• Exceptional planning and project management skills
