We’re currently recruiting for a Marketing & PR Manager to be based in Dubai as part of the growth of our Social team. This role would take the helm of our agency's marketing initiatives while spearheading our PR offerings to clients. If you're a seasoned marketing and PR expert with a passion for delivering impactful campaigns, we want to hear from you.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for MENA that align with our agency's global goals and strategies, collaborating closely with our global marketing team.
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for the agency, encompassing digital marketing, content marketing, social media engagement, and more.
• Create compelling content, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media updates, to showcase our agency's expertise, thought leadership, and client successes.
• Identify relevant industry events, partnerships, and public speaking opportunities for our in-house experts and department leaders to solidify our position as industry leaders and enhance our brand visibility.
• Strategically plan and submit applications for industry awards that align with our agency's accomplishments and excellence, further elevating our reputation.
• Spearhead our PR offerings to clients, including campaign development, media relations, crisis management, and reputation building.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and key industry influencers to secure positive coverage and amplify our agency's and clients' messages.
• Analyze marketing and PR performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to maximize impact and ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing and PR technologies to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.
