We’re currently recruiting for a CRM Executive as part of the growth of our CRM team. This role would be based in our Cairo office and work with clients across the MENA region with a focus on the GCC.

Responsibilities

  • Development, implementation and management of retention marketing strategies using CRM

platforms to achieve business objectives mutually set with the clients.

  • Optimize promotional campaigns and automated journeys as per the best content, targeting, and timings.
  • Analyse data related to CRM campaigns and experiments, regularly report on the performance, and recommend on future improvements.
  • Working with content team (copywriters and designers) to develop high quality content brief

and creative assets.

  • Leading experimentation culture and performing A/B testing to optimise clients’ campaigns.
  • Working with engineering team to implement, maintain or  upgrade CRM features/

requirements.

  • Perform competitor analysis and stay up to on competitor campaigns – advising client on future tactics.
  • Manage and safeguard resources on clients’ behalf such as platform, datasets, content with

utmost trust

  • Stay compliant and updated on latest data protection regulations.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a CRM role, with proven success in developing and implementing

retention/loyalty/CRM strategies.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, MoEngage, CleverTap, Insider, etc.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation strategies, workflows, and best practices.
  • Experience in data analysis and segmentation to drive targeted and personalized campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization and landing page optimization.
  • Experience with using complementary tools (loyalty, CDP, product analytics, attribution, deep linking and MMPs) such as Google Analytics, Adjust, Gameball, Mixpanel, branch, etc.
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills to interpret data insights and present back to the

business/clients.
