We’re searching for a Junior AdOps Executive who will offer a mixture of strategy and trading with the use of data and analysis leveraging ahead of the curve technology. We are looking for an experienced data-oriented person with greater attention to details, having a passion to shape the development of programmatic buying across the MENA landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Management of the ad-server and its related processes, ensuring best practice is followed and maintained.
  • Responsible for the planning, launching, optimizing and consulting of Trafficking Programmatic Display campaigns.
  • Campaign set-up and execution, including generating and testing ad tags for campaign launches.
  • Ensure ad creative adheres to technical specifications and troubleshoot creative issues that affect implementation, tracking and/or reporting.
  • Troubleshoot internal and external ad server system issues
  • Point of escalation for global Ad tech queries between offices.
  • Work side-by-side with the media and creative teams to activate digital campaigns (display, video, social, mobile, and programmatic)
  • Universal Tag Manager installation and management (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Tag Manager, Tealium, Sizmek Versatag).
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert around Display ad trafficking and placement best practices, as well as URL tracking parameters for Search and Social campaigns as well.
  • Identify technical and reporting opportunities to address clients’ needs across all channels of digital media, including display, video, social, mobile and programmatic.
  • Lead on tracking strategies on the client’s digital properties to ensure effective user and conversion measurement takes place.
  • Lead on creation of reports and communication of insights to clients.
  • Create & maintain and distribute supporting documents, e.g. handbooks, trafficking sheets, best practices

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience working in Programmatic Ad Ops landscape
  • Extensive familiarity with the ad tech ecosystem and key trends
  • Experience working with Ad servers (CM360, Sizmek, Adform, Flashtalking)
  • Experience working with DSPs (DV360, TradeDesk, Amazon DSP etc)
  • Experience working with Google Tag Manager
  • Strong analytical base with experience with various business intelligence or reporting tools
  • Strong grip on MS Office suite, especially MS Excel
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively present technical products to non-technical customers, and negotiate deals
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Collaborative, team-oriented working style
